Observation

0145(8): Barrier (wooden fence) outside of school age classroom in licensed outdoor space has three areas where fence is broken and has gaps wider than three and a half inches. Temporary orange lattice fence is not secured with gaps underneath wider than three and a half inches. Gaps on staircase at bottom of posts is wider than three and a half inches. Gaps in deck are wider than three and a half inches. 0145(9): Exit gate leading to school yard has gaps where post meets fence on both sides wider than three and a half inches. Other gate on playground has gap where gate meets to close wider than three and a half inches. Out shed has gate that has gap wider than three and a half inches where post meets fence barrier. 0145(11): Exit gates on playground are not self-latching or self-closing. 0145 (1): Several broken boards in fence in outside playground. Also present is garden tools, mop and mop bucket, pallet with gravel bags with broken, sharp board splinter hazards.
